This notice explains how UniNexaGlobal collects and uses personal information when you use this website. UniNexaGlobal is a trading name of JanTech Pvt Ltd, which is the data controller for this information.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
• your current stage (for example, planning to study or a current student), your preferred level of study and intake
• anything you choose to include in your message

If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you send us through those services.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to go ahead, to provide our consultancy services. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our website host, and delivered to our inbox. With your agreement, we may share relevant details with universities or colleges as part of an application you ask us to help with.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry doesn't lead to us working together, we delete it within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as we need them to provide our services and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time. To do this, message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This website doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record technical information such as your IP address.
